The delivery really took far too long and nobody answered at the beginning my questions. But later it was taken care of and at the end after a long waiting time I got my bag. While I was waiting, I was sure, I will never ever order from here again. but I really do like the bag and maybe I come back and hope, that next times things work better with delivery!
