I have always loved beautiful handbags. Not because of the name attached to them, but because of how they can make you feel. There is something special about finding a bag that feels beautifully made, works effortlessly with your life and somehow becomes part of your everyday.

When I started Maira Atelier, I wanted to create that feeling without the traditional luxury price tag.

I wanted beautiful leather, timeless shapes and thoughtful details. Pieces that feel special when you first open the box, but are designed to be carried every day, not saved for an occasion.

Because I believe the things we use most should be the things we love most.
