We hope you love your Maira Atelier order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must meet the return conditions outlined below to be eligible for a refund.

Please include your full name and order number when contacting us.

Our team will provide you with the relevant return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of returning unwanted items to Maira Atelier.

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. Once your return has been posted, please retain your receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been completed.

We may ask you to provide the tracking number or proof of postage as part of processing your return.

Maira Atelier cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost in transit when sent independently by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned with the original packaging and any accessories supplied with the item

Please take reasonable care of your item while it is in your possession.

Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund if an item has been used, worn, damaged after delivery or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been delivered to us, our team will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return conditions.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 working days after your refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timeframe will depend on your bank or payment provider.

We will notify you once your return has been processed.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mairaatelier.com as soon as possible.

Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights. Where you are legally entitled to reimbursement of reasonable return costs, these will not be charged to you.

The 48-hour notification request does not affect your statutory rights.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are received, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered processing or fulfilment.

If we are unable to stop your order before dispatch, you may return eligible items after delivery in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy affects any cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Maira Atelier. For this reason, all returns must be sent using a tracked service and proof of postage should be retained.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or make an appropriate deduction from a refund where permitted by law if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
